Volunteering
Be a volunteer and make a difference through active participation. There are no fees — all the trust asks is your dedication.
The trust runs a variety of volunteering programmes, and you pick whichever fits the way you actually want to help. Some people want to be on the ground; others are more useful behind the scenes. Both are needed.
Your effort is what lets the trust reach further. Seventeen services run every day, and every one of them depends on people who turned up.
Community volunteer
If you want to work where you live, join a Gold Coin Seva Trust welfare group near you and take charge of your own community's welfare.
On the field
Food distribution, milk rounds, animal feeding, tree planting, equipment delivery — the work that happens outdoors and in people's homes.
Behind the scenes
The call centre, coordination, paperwork, collection drives. Less visible, and the reason the visible work runs at all.
What volunteering asks of you
- No fee, and no minimum commitment
- Your time, and your dedication to the work
- Whatever skill you already have — the trust will find a use for it
